Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including regular cleaning of tables, counters, and equipment. Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as needed throughout service. Adhere to food safety guidelines during meal preparation and service, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to clean efficiently and maintain high standards of hygiene in food service areas. Familiarity with tools such as knives for meat cutting is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in using restaurant management software like OpenTable is a nice-to-have skill.
