Laundry Aide Responsibilities:
Collect & Sort residents’ personal items and facility linens Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely Follow InfectionControl and garmentcare guidelines to protect residents Deliver clean, labeled laundry to resident rooms and designated areas Maintain a clean, organized laundry room and keep supplies stocked Pitch in with light housekeeping tasks as needed
Laundry Aide Qualifications:
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience (healthcare setting preferred, not required) Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting bags/baskets up to 35lbs Reliable, detailoriented, and able to work both independently and with a team Kind attitude toward elderly residents and commitment to customer service At Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab, our mission is to provide our residents with comprehensive health services of the highest quality in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
