In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments. Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring items are processed efficiently and returned promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management of any shortages. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
