The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our laundry services, particularly in a hotel or similar environment. Duties Launder and dry clean linens, towels, and garments according to established protocols. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store items in an organized manner. Inspect items for stains or damage prior to laundering and report any issues. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces. Along with the rest of the laundromat. Ensure proper handling of chemicals used in the laundering process. Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency in laundering techniques and knowledge of dry cleaning processes. Experience working in a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads when necessary.
