The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens are laundered, cleaned, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of laundry services in a hotel environment, contributing to guest satisfaction and overall operational efficiency. Duties Launder and clean various types of linens, towels, and bed linens using appropriate washing techniques. Operate washing machines & dryer equipment efficiently to ensure timely service. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry items for distribution to designated areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven ability to launder and clean various fabrics effectively. Experience with dry cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests professionally.
