The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our hotel’s laundry services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers to launder hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for delicate items. Inspect items for stains or damages before and after cleaning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies. Skills Experience with dry cleaning processes is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality cleaning outcomes. Ability to operate laundry equipment efficiently and safely. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for working within a team environment. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
