The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash application techniques. This role requires excellent guest services skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional beauty services while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care to enhance clients’ appearance. Provide additional beauty services such as makeup application, body waxing, and nail care as needed. Manage client appointments and maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely service delivery. Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and retail sales. Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with the community online. Deliver outstanding guest services by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Skills Proficient in cosmetology practices with a focus on eyelash extensions. Strong social media management skills for promoting services and engaging with clients. Experience in makeup application, body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments is preferred but not required. Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple appointments. Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in the beauty industry. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
