The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch lash extension services. You will work closely with clients to create customized lash looks that meet their needs and preferences. Responsibilities Perform professional eyelash extension applications, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes. Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied. Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Qualifications Valid Lash extension, esthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state regulations). • Minimum of 2 years experience as a lash technician (preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates). Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume lash techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
