The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in beauty services, specializing in brow shaping and enhancement. As a Brow Artist, you will provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied with their appearance. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Perform brow shaping services including waxing, threading, and tinting to enhance clients’ features. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable brow styles. Stay updated on the latest trends in brow artistry and beauty techniques. Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized according to health regulations. Utilize MINDBODY or similar scheduling software for appointment management. Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Promote retail products related to brow care and other beauty services to enhance the client experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a Brow Artist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in various brow techniques including hair , waxing, and tinting. Knowledge of additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and barbering is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Familiarity with retail sales practices to effectively promote products. A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
