The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and care. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while managing client relationships and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Eyelash Specialist will also be responsible for promoting additional services and products, ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied and beautiful. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule to optimize client flow. Provide consultations to clients regarding eyelash styles, maintenance, and aftercare. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the best options for their desired look. Engage in social media management by promoting services and showcasing work through various platforms. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of products used during treatments. Collaborate with other beauty professionals within the spa. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or Facial Specialist License is required. Previous experience in a Med Spa environment or similar setting is preferred. Eyebrow tinting and lamination skin skills preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of nail care services is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is advantageous but not required. Proficiency in social media management to promote services effectively is desirable.
