In this role, you will provide exceptional waxing services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in waxing, customer service, and various beauty treatments. Duties Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Educate clients on aftercare procedures following waxing treatments. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Experience A valid license is required. Experience in body waxing is essential Familiarity with retail sales techniques to enhance client experience and product offerings. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to ensure repeat business. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
