Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a licensed, detail-oriented lash artist who is passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful. You’re a team player, eager to learn, and ready to bring great energy to the studio every day. Bonus points if you love lash lifts, brows, or beauty content creation! Responsibilities Provide custom lash extension services (classic, blended, volume) Perform lash lifts, tints, and brow services (training available) Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client Follow studio protocols for cleanliness and sanitation Maintain and prep your room before and after each shift Support studio tasks (light cleaning, product stocking, etc.) Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive vibe Attend occasional team trainings or events Requirements Valid Florida esthetician or cosmetology license Lash extension certification (in at least classic; volume a plus) Positive attitude and strong communication skills Passion for learning, growth, and client experience Available to work 3-5 consistent days per week Must be available to work Saturdays Comfortable being on a W-2 payroll (not 1099) Perks & Benefits W-2 employee status (no self-employment taxes!)
