Overview As a Lash and Brow Technician at Lash Lab, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, Wet Set and volume and mega volume sets. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their desired look and deliver personalized lash artistry. You will also work with clients to do Brow Laminations, Tinting, and Threading/Waxing. You will have a brief training before starting as a refresher! Responsibilities . Perform professional eyelash extension and brow services with attention to detail and safety . Knowledge in brow threading, lash lifts & tints, and brow lamination & tint is a plus. . Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with state regulations . Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations . Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business . Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. . Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries . Stay updated on the latest lash trends and techniques, beauty treatments, and industry best practices.
