In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty services will help enhance our clients’ natural beauty, leaving them feeling confident and satisfied with their look.
• Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
• Assist in promoting services through social media management to engage with potential clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Offer additional beauty services such as body waxing, makeup application, or hair styling as needed.
• Experience
• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Familiarity with social media management for promoting services is a plus.
• Knowledge of related beauty techniques such as body waxing, makeup application, deep tissue massage, retail sales, dermal fillers, or hair styling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and products related to eyelash extensions.
• Certification or training in eyelash extension application is required.
