In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your expertise in beauty treatments and customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our clients, making them feel beautiful and confident. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about the benefits of eyelash extensions. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and preferences. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash extensions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment. Experience in product demos related to beauty treatments is advantageous. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
