In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a flair for beauty and aesthetics. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences and styles. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Manage appointment schedules using the Millennium software system to ensure efficient service delivery. Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for maintaining their eyelash extensions. Collaborate with team members to promote sales of related beauty services and products, including hair extensions and skincare items. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance skills and service offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in eyelash application techniques; certification in eyelash extensions is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in related fields such as barbering, tattooing, or deep tissue massage is a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional services or products is advantageous. Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality services in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination for precision work, including the use of straight razors if applicable.
