to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in makeup application techniques and a keen eye for aesthetics. This role involves working with clients to enhance their beauty through various makeup styles, ensuring that each individual feels confident and beautiful. The Makeup Artist will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Duties Perform makeup application for various occasions, including weddings, photoshoots, and special events. Utilize knowledge of color theory to create customized looks that complement each client’s features. Execute hair styling services as needed, including hair threading and basic hairstyling techniques. Conduct skin treatments such as dermabrasion and body waxing while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on makeup styles. Collaborate with photographers during shoots to achieve desired looks that translate well on camera. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized after each use. Experience Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles, including skincare, makeup application techniques, and hair styling methods. Familiarity with various makeup products and tools, along with the ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their beauty goals. A portfolio showcasing previous work is highly desirable, demonstrating versatility in different makeup styles and applications.
