The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and other lash and brow services. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences while managing various lash and brow services. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications and removals, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide guest services that enhance the overall experience, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Conduct product demos to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions. Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash care and maintenance. Utilize skills in threading, brow lamination, and lash lifts as needed. (we will train if there is no experience in these services) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Membership and retail sales Availability for advancement Experience Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist required. Must have cosmetology, esthetician or skin care specialists certification Experience with membership sales is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and retail sales.
