In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments and customer service will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ experiences and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment. Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and service history efficiently. Upsell additional services such as body waxing, brows tint, brows lamination , Lash lift and tint, etc. to enhance client experiences. Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to offer informed recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium is preferred. Strong retail sales skills with a focus on upselling services. Background in hospitality is a plus, contributing to exceptional client interactions. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in beauty services. Experience with body waxing and hair threading is advantageous. Certification or training in eyelash extensions is required.
