Lash Technician The Lash Lounge 304 3rd Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 ## Overview We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and enhancing natural features through eyelash extensions. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and enjoy making clients feel confident and beautiful, we want to hear from you. We are offering a performance bonus of $5000.00 when you sign 25 new members. Bonus payable at 50% when the artist reached member 25. The remainder payable when the 25 people have been members for 90+ days. ## Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care to achieve desired looks
• Lift and tint lashes
• Brow tinting, threading and laminations
• Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction
• Educate clients on proper aftercare for eyelash extensions
• Promote and sell retail products related to eyelash care
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment ## Requirements
• Previous experience in eyelash extensions is preferred but not required
• Certification in Cosmetology or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in sales techniques to promote products and services
• Familiarity with MBO software for scheduling appointments is beneficial
