As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients’ natural beauty while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate eyelash styles. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide additional beauty services as needed, including but not limited to makeup application, hair threading, and dermabrasion. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records effectively. Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional guest services and follow-up communications. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash treatments and beauty techniques to provide clients with the best options available. Skills Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Knowledge of color theory to assist in makeup application. Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is a plus. Familiarity with salon software for appointment management. Skills in additional beauty services such as barbering, tattooing, or makeup application are advantageous.
