Job Description
We are a newly established beauty studio seeking a talented and experienced Lash Artist to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of eyelash extension theory, eye health, sanitation protocols, precise application techniques, styling, and aftercare practices.
Additional skills such as brow lamination, lash lifts, and brow tinting are a strong plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and client carePerform Classic and Volume eyelash extensions with precision and artistryRecommend products and services based on client needsMaintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environmentCollaborate with team members in a positive and supportive mannerPromote your services in partnership with
Brow and Beauty InkRequirements:
Valid state esthetician or cosmetologist licenseMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Classic and Volume lash applicationsEstablished client baseSelf-motivated with a willingness to grow alongside our studioExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
Pay is based on each appointment booked.
