Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30342 Authentic Beauty is seeking a motivated, resourceful Brow and Makeup Artist who is passionate about empowering clients through exceptional services. Our studio operates on a team-based, client-sharing model where all team members work together to ensure every client has a transformative experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, skilled at building client relationships, knowledgeable about brow services and makeup application, and capable of promoting and selling products.

• Key Responsibilities
• :•Perform brow services, including shaping, dyeing, and tinting, using our signature methods.
• Work behind the brow bar, engaging clients during tint services to educate them about additional services like makeup application.
• Conduct consultations following the our Mow it to Grow it philosophy and guide clients through the makeup journey.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless client experience; we share all clients, and teamwork is essential.
• Promote and sell Authentic Beauty products and services. The goal is to achieve a minimum of $1,000 in weekly sales.
• Perform makeup applications, makeup lessons, and other beauty services as needed.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to improve product knowledge and client service skills.
• Qualifications
• :•Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with at least 3-5 years of experience in brow shaping, tinting, and makeup artistry.
• Sales experience is highly valued, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Able to demonstrate strong people skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging clients in conversations about services and products.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform precision services like brow shaping and tinting.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
