In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles based on individual preferences and facial features. Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout the appointment. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and esthetic laser treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Experience Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within a med spa or beauty setting is preferred. Knowledge of color theory as it relates to eyelash extensions is advantageous. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
