Lash Technician Virginia’s Salon 133 S Warren St, Monticello, GA 31064 Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments, along with your ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships, will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments. Assist with nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients. Utilize knowledge of color theory to enhance aesthetic outcomes for clients. Engage in sales activities to promote additional services and products offered by the salon. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred. Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions using various techniques. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with straight razor techniques is beneficial but not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of Millennium software or similar salon management systems is advantageous. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
