Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction with each service. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow while maintaining high-quality service. Provide additional beauty services such as hair extensions and hair styling as needed. Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community online. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings. Skills Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail. Experience in hair extensions and hair styling is a plus. Strong management skills to oversee appointment scheduling and client interactions. Knowledge of straight razor techniques is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and consultations. Proven ability in upselling products and services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Background in hospitality or sales can enhance the client experience within the salon environment.
