Lash Artist J Kyng Beauty & Spa 5125 Nc 55 Highway, Durham, NC 27713 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extension application and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and health of the lashes. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and related beauty services. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred. Skills in hospitality or retail sales are advantageous for enhancing client interactions. Additional skills such as body waxing, dermabrasion, hair threading, deep tissue massage, botulinum toxin treatment, or dermal fillers are considered a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to sanitize tools and work areas effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building client relationships.
