Requirements:

Retail beauty experience, (Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus is a plus) Excellent artistry educational and customer service skills Proven ability to set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team Ability to cultivate clientele Proven track record at planning and executing events in a retail environment High energy, reliable, punctual and goal oriented Ability to recruit clients with product and introduce our brand to new customers Build and maintain store and client relationship to maximize sales and repeat business Flexible scheduling
