Requirements Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Confidence with retail or enhancement sales Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (we use Zenoti) Naturally great with people A genuine passion for skincare and self-care
