The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of makeup application techniques and trends, with the ability to enhance the beauty of our clients while providing exceptional customer service. As a Makeup Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Duties Provide professional makeup applications for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their individual skin types and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the makeup station and tools. Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Upsell products and services to enhance client experiences and drive sales. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques. Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively.
