As an independent contractor, you will provide exceptional lash services in a modern, welcoming space while building your own business with the support of a professional environment. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health protocols. Promote additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. Use salon tools or apps to manage scheduling, track client history, and handle inventory (if applicable). Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals to support a positive and cohesive salon culture. Stay current on trends, techniques, and certifications related to eyelash services. Requirements Valid Rhode Island license or certification for eyelash extensions. Previous experience in lash extensions or beauty services preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with salon booking software is a plus. Additional skills such as waxing, dermabrasion, or barbering are a bonus. Ability to upsell services while focusing on customer care.
