The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, specifically in eyelash extensions and related treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring high-quality results. Utilize salon software to manage appointments and client records. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills. Experience Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a related beauty field is preferred. Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment management is desirable. Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales will be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
