The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nail care and related beauty services, ensuring clients receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. This role requires not only technical expertise but also excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Perform additional beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and hair styling as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Proficiency in nail care techniques and familiarity with additional services such as barbering and esthetic laser treatment is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to perform retail math for sales transactions and inventory management.
