As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in various techniques, including nail art and care, will help enhance our clients’ overall experience. Duties Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with innovative services. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools are sanitized according to health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and aftercare products. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the salon. Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of various nail techniques, including gel application, acrylics, and nail art. Familiarity with hair extensions, hair threading, cosmetology practices, esthetic laser treatments, and color theory is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and recommendations.
