The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and an eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in various techniques and customer service will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ overall experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, including techniques such as dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatment. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to maintain healthy nails. Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and services to clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in nail care services with a strong understanding of color theory and retail math. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace. Experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and artistic skills for creating unique nail designs.
