Nail Tech/ Full Specialist Gem Beauty Lounge Lauderhill, FL 33351 Nail Technician/ Full Specialist Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician or Full Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Duties Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care. Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement nail services. Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Skills Proficient in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, acrylic, gelx, polygel and nail art. Ability to build and retain active clientele. Strong sanitation practices to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. A background in cosmetology or barbering is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus. Ability to perform full body massages is a plus. Familiarity with hair styling, braiding and/or hair extensions is a plus.
