The ideal candidate will have a strong background in different nail styles, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Nail Tech, you will be responsible for creating creative art that enhance our clients’ beauty while ensuring a welcoming, positive, and professional atmosphere. Duties Perform a variety of hair services including acrylic, dip, manicures and pedicures. Provide expert advice on nail care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and designs. Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable salon experience for all clients. Skills Proficient in the latest nail care, art, and designs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. At The Village Beauty Company , you will have 24/7 access to the salon to take your clients when you like, as well as 24/7 access to free parking, a staff breakroom with fridge and microwave, personal storage, and a staff only bathroom. Our salon has 24 hour Ring cameras throughout the salon for your safety and others. Chair rentals are $175 a week and will be due at the end of the week for the following week. We do require that all applicants acquire a valid Nail license in the state of Florida. You will also be required to carry insurance. We also would love to see some pictures of your growth throughout your nail tech journey!
