As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in color theory and ability to communicate effectively with clients will enhance their overall experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors and designs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide additional services such as body waxing, esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, and hair extensions as needed. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products. Experience with body waxing, hair styling, or skincare is a plus. Access to more than just your nail station, your rent covers all stations including massage bed and hair stylist station if you provide additional beauty services. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
