The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, located at 10295 CollinsAvenue, Bal Harbour, FL, 33154 currently has the followingopportunity: Technician-Nail (140027CV): Provide nail care services such asmanicures and pedicures to guests. Assess guest needs, inquireabout contraindications, and examine skin, hair, or nails toevaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduledservice. Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nailcare. Demonstrate, promote, and sell spa/salon retail products.

Answer questions about general property information and amenities.

Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Check with guest toensure continued comfort throughout service. Monitor and stick totime schedule throughout the day. Clean, maintain, and sterilizetools and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/ortreatment room throughout shift. Dispose of trash and dirty linensin the proper area. Secure supplies and equipment at the end ofeach shift. Maintain current licensure in service area. Reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;complete safety training and certifications. Follow all companypolicies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thankguests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others. Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop;grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less thanor equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested by Supervisors.
