POSITION SUMMARY

Providenail care services such as manicures and pedicures to guests.

Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and examineskin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, andappropriateness of scheduled service. Determine and advise guestson proper skin, hair, or nail care. Demonstrate, promote, and sellspa/salon retail products. Answer questions about general propertyinformation and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatmentrooms. Check with guest to ensure continued comfort throughoutservice. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.

Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment. Maintaincleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift.

Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area. Securesupplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Maintain currentlicensure in service area. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager; complete safety training andcertifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensureuniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protectcompany assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; grasp, turn, and manipulateobjects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Technical, Trade,or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience:

At least 1year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience:

Nosupervisory experience.
