Nail Tech The Beauty Scene Cafe 620 Medlock Road, Decatur, GA 30033 Nail Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for performing various nail treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Your expertise in nail care will help enhance the beauty and health of our clients’ nails. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide innovative services. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a welcoming environment. Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between visits. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Knowledge of retail math to assist with product sales and inventory management. Familiarity with various techniques such as dermabrasion, hair threading, color theory, hair extensions, and hair styling is a plus. A valid cosmetology, nail technician or barbering license is required. Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills.
