In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Your expertise in various techniques and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality services that enhance our clients’ overall experience. Duties Perform manicures and pedicures with precision, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Provide additional services such as body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment. Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to the salon’s retail sales. Stay updated on current nail care trends, techniques, and color theory to provide clients with the best options. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care. Qualifications Proven experience in manicure and pedicure services is essential. Knowledge of body waxing, barbering, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Strong understanding of nail care practices and sanitation protocols. Familiarity with cosmetology principles and color theory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. A valid cosmetology license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
