Nail Tech Tipsy’ s Nail Lounge Branson West, MO 65737 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and aesthetics, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and promoting additional services to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Upsell additional services Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist in retail sales by applying retail math skills to manage inventory effectively. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of various nail care techniques and products. Strong customer service skills with an ability to upsell services effectively. Aesthetic sense with an understanding of color theory is essential.
