Job Responsibilities:
Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and dip powder. Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation practices. Consult with clients to recommend nail care treatments and customized services. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation following state health regulations. Promote and sell nail care products to enhance the client experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and personalized attention. Work collaboratively with the salon team to support a positive, welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Valid NC Nail Technician License Required. Proficiency in classic manicures, spa pedicures, gel polish application, and nail art techniques. Experience with dip powder, or specialty nail services is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mindset.
