In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing various nail treatments while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create beautiful nail designs that meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care. Sanitate tools and workstations to uphold health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service. Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques to offer innovative services. Assist clients with product selection for at-home care. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment. Provide additional beauty services as needed, such as body waxing or hair threading. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license is required. Experience in nail care services, including acrylics, gels, and nail art. Knowledge of hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Ability to sanitize tools effectively and maintain a clean workspace. Familiarity with retail math for product sales is advantageous. A passion for beauty and staying current with industry trends.
