The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care and aesthetics, providing exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and recommend additional services will enhance their overall experience. Duties Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service. Upsell additional services such as esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, or hair styling when appropriate. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of products used for nail services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. Skills Proficiency in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Experience with esthetic laser treatment is a plus. Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness standards. Knowledge of hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, and hair threading is beneficial. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with retail math for managing product sales and inventory.
