Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills and service offerings. Qualifications Spanish/English Valid nail technician in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in nail care Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
