The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group paintings, and providing guidance to participants. The Facilitator should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a basic knowledge of art, ei. drawing and painting skills. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working with diverse groups of people and have a passion for helping others.
