- 500 | Online Loan Inquiry UX/CX Study In this study, you’ll meet with a researcher to apply for a new Sofi Bank personal loan while they record the session, then any bank communications for 7 days. The application process will be conducted online. You will need a computer and iPhone. It typically takes 30-45 minutes. ???? Compensation options:
- You will receive a $400 incentive for successfully completing this project.
- $500 incentive if you can meet and successfully open the account before Friday, 6/27/25.
- Participants whose loan applications are denied will receive a $50 incentive after completing a brief survey. You can review incentive details here. ???? What you’ll do:
- Join a meeting with a researcher using your desktop or laptop.
- Share your screen and apply for a new Sofi personal loan while the researcher records screens.
- Join follow-up meetings if required.
- Share any follow-up communication from the bank for 2 weeks after the card activation.
