We are looking for someone who will help us continue to reach our full potential as the best spa in Connecticut! Experience in the beauty industry is a must have. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overseeing operations of the spa and manage the various employees who work here.
• Primary duties may include creating employee schedules, reviewing budgets, overseeing marketing plans and ensuring spa menus are current.
• Hiring, training, tracking certification renewals.
• You must Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent.
• Primary responsibilities include answering Emails, phone calls, creating spreadsheets and establishing organized systems.
• Tracking performance reviews, wage reviews, identifying when to schedule training on new techniques and products.
• Ensure we comply with all employment laws and safety regulations.
• You will also be responsible for the performance of our spa, so you must develop marketing campaigns, whether thru advertising campaigns or social media posts.

Our ideal applicant has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing and several years of experience in cosmetology or spa management.
